Strengths & Weaknesses		Her main strength was hacking, and this was before the mods were added to her body. Her other strength was manipulating data, depending on who she was dealing with. The manipulation was more about making it seem more or less important. Her main weakness was people; she could never really connect with them, which hindered her emotional growth, along with her ability to do parts of her job.

Personal History		Talee's mother died while giving birth; unknown to the doctors, her mother had an embolism, and the stress of giving birth caused it to burst. Her father was ill-equipped to raise her, seeing as he couldn't hold a job, and he spent most of his days drinking and gambling, which was how Talee ended up being gambled away to a group of Scavs as an infant. This was not a place for a child, and how she survived was still unclear; it was rumored that a female scavenger took her in and protected her until she died, forcing an eight-year-old to fend for herself, and this was when she realized she had a gift. This gift could potentially get her out of this life. The problem was that the Scavs saw her as property, so whatever she did to survive went to the prominent Scav family again, leaving her just enough to survive. But, they wanted more as all prominent families did, so they forced the eight-year-old under the knife, forcing her to get a neural port allowing her to hack faster, and hack more. With the Scavs, all of her hacking was for blackmail, and for a long time, it was very successful until she stumbled upon a Pandora's Box. Still, Talee knew instantly what she had, a ticking time bomb, and her insurance to stay alive, or use it at the right time, her way out of the Scav families. She did not know who owned this Pandora's Box, but she quickly would find out. The only family she knew would be eliminated, as she would then suffer several weeks of advanced interrogation, before she was given two choices: death or to work for the highly secretive organization known as Section 31.
Service Record		Her service record is lacking, as most of her career has been illegal, and the other half has been for an organization that technically does not exist. Her first operation involved simple data retrieval and malware installation that would set Daystrom Institute back several years. The Section 31 chiefs were testing their latest recruit, and luckily for her, she passed with flying colors. Her next several ops were basic data retrievals and installing malware to infect entire systems. Many of these operations were also assassinations, which Talee carried out with her mono wire very effectively, and these ops were done to cover up the data theft and malware upload.
Medical History		Persona link will allow you to do the following: it allows the user to physically connect to various interfaces–usually part of a device or an Access Point–to perform simple hacking operations, such as installing simple malware programs that allow the user to gain control or access the device's data. The Personal Link has a low bandwidth, making it unsuited for deep dives into Cyberspace, for which a Neural Port is recommended, but due to its commonness and ease of use, it is hard to detect once it has been connected to a local NET. While the user is connected to an interface through Personal Link, they remain aware of their surroundings and have complete freedom of mobility. A Personal Link can also be connected to another person's Neuroport, which is located in the neck. Neural port will allow you to do the following; a holo-communicator, that can also act as a communicator, it also had two data chip ports, allowing you slip a data chip in and either download or upload data, and it'll allow you virtually access datanetworks; like if you were on a holodeck, and then finally you can add a few other modifications like a personal link. Monowire is a whip-like monofilament wire with a cutting edge only a molecule wide. It is a deadly weapon as it can act as a garrote, as well as a whip that can cause massive damage to the skin. Bruised and broken ribs from beatings from her Scav family. Along with a broken right eye socket, which has healed, but there is a permanent red-pink bruise that runs down onto her cheek.
